QCan I really get a website with no build fee?

Yes. Commit to a 12-month Care Plan and we waive the entire build fee — you pay PHP 0 upfront for the site itself. Starter Care starts at PHP 1,500/month for a Basic build, PHP 2,500/month for Standard. See the Free Bundle on the services page for full details.

QDo I need to pay for hosting?

No. We set up free hosting for all our sites using modern platforms. There are zero monthly hosting fees unless you later choose to upgrade on your own.

QWhat if I don't have a logo yet?

No problem. We can work with your business name in text form for launch, or you can add our Logo Design add-on for PHP 2,000 to get one designed with your site.

QCan I update my site after launch?

Yes — you get all files and logins on launch day, so the site is fully yours. If you'd rather not deal with it yourself, our Care Plans handle all updates for you monthly.

QHow does the Care Plan work?

Each month, you send us what you need changed — new prices, updated photos, edited text — and we handle it. Starter Care covers up to 30 minutes of changes monthly. Growth Care covers up to 1 hour plus priority response.

QIs there a contract for the Care Plan?

The Free Build Bundle requires a 12-month minimum commitment. Month-to-month Care Plans (without the free build) are available with no contract — cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

QDo you work with businesses outside Metro Manila?

Yes. We work 100% online. All communication is via chat or Messenger, and we've worked with clients across the Philippines.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash and bank transfer. Builds are 50% downpayment to start, 50% on final approval before launch.

QHow many revision rounds do I get?

Basic Package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Standard Package includes 5 rounds. Extra revision rounds can be added at cost.

QWhat if I need something not in the package?

We'll quote it before any work begins. No surprises, no work done without your approval.
